We learnt what our muscles are used for. We identified the muscles that are used when doing everyday activities. The children then thought of a question they could investigate to test either the speed their muscles can create movement or the strength of muscles. The children worked in groups to gather the equipment they needed to ensure it was a fair test. The children then went outside to investigate their question. The children then wrote up the results of the investigation.
