Beech class enjoyed a visit to the WW2 cinema this afternoon.  We entered with our admit one tickets and were greeted with an information news reel about rationing from the Ministry of Information.  This was followed by a production all about the Home Front, which included lots about what we have been learning about in class.  We even enjoyed a popcorn snack at the interval as popcorn grew in popularity as a cinema treat during WW2 due to sugar rationing.
