Beech class carried out a fun activity to try and model the order of the planets in the Solar system along with trying to show the distance between each planet.

Carrying on from our lesson last week, the children in Elm class today had to look around the classroom and find different objects.

Today in Elm class, the children were given a range of objects and asked to group them into five different categories the children worked together.

We then discussed the properties of each object and identified the five different materials the objects were made from.

Beech class have been learning about how flowers use pollination to reproduce.

Cedar Class began their States of Matter topic by grouping and classifying a range of items into solids, liquids and gases.

After studying the function of teeth, Year 3 grouped the different types of teeth together and in small groups made our own insicors, canines, pre-molars and molars, using a plasticine jaw and polymorph teeth.
