Our Easter competition entries - an Easter garden
Clay fruit - we made models of fruit from clay to add to our Easter Garden Passover table. We then painted them using watercolours and they look great!
Mosaic Art - we used ceramic mosaic tiles to create beautiful patterns
Watercolour Italian cities and vistas
We created silhouette charcoal designs with watercolour poppies in reflection during Remembrance week. We added layers to our artwork to create depth and atmosphere.
We are designing mosaic patterns. We researched modern day mosaic artists and looked at Roman villa designs. We then created our own mosaic patters in preparation for creating our own mosaic using ceramic tiles.
We explored the effect of using various graded graphic sticks and pencils to draw famous Roman landmarks including the Pantheon, Roman Forum and of course, the majestic Colosseum
