Birds
We have enjoyed bird spotting.
We learnt about the artist Matt Sewell who enjoys drawing birds. We carefully listened to Matt’s instructions and drew Barn Owls.
We used an Easi-Scope to observe feathers. We drew what we had observed.
We made cereal bird feeders. We had to roll the dice and collect the correct number of hoops to thread on string. We then hung them outdoors.
We made bird food and placed it in our outdoor area.
