LKS2 have had a great time getting fit with Freddie. He kept us all entertained whilst exercising to keep healthy. We tried lots of fun ways to get our heart racing, including hula hooping and even trying out a bit of limbo. We learned about lots of ways we can keep our bodies active and fit, such as drinking eight glasses of water a day and getting plenty of sleep.

This week we used the school map and had to orienteer around the field. It was difficult, and very muddy, but we worked hard in pairs to find the flags.
We were lucky to have some young leaders in from Parklands to play a variety of sports games to develop our skills

We started our coach led block on OAA today and looked at birds eye view letters (as they would be on a map) and started to read simple maps around the hall
