Easter Outdoor Experience

Elm Class spent time reflecting outdoors during Holy Week.

As part of Holy Week, Beech class reflected on Jesus rising from the dead. We took some dry, brown seeds and planted them in our outdoor garden. We will return later to see the vibrant new life that has begun.

As part of Holy week, Beech class joined up with Birch class to create a cross using natural materials in the outdoor garden.  It was lovely to see the older children being so kind and caring towards our younger children in school and working together as a team to create their crosses.

This week, Chestnut have taken part in daily worships in the garden. We have been linking the Easter story to one of our RE themes of being victorious.
