Outdoor Learning

Today we had our first session with John from “Wild Peas”. We learned the to survive we need shelter, food and warmth. Today we learned how to make our own tent. 

Today we had our second session with John from “Wild Peas”. We learnt lots of different ways to make a fire. The children then had a go at trying to create their own sparks! 

We had another session this afternoon with John from "Wild Peas". We learnt how to identify direction without using a compass. We then used twigs to complete a treasure hunt to create arrows on the floor. 

Today we had our final session with John from “Wild Peas”. We learnt how to make bread using a campfire.
