As part of our topic ‘Called by God’, the children worked together to discuss what they thought might be happening in a picture they were given. The children had no input and had to draw inferences based on what they had learned so far. Lots of the children had discussions about how the people in the photo must have been called by God in some way and some were able to decipher that the men in the photo were being ordained as vicars. There was so much lovely discussion going on in our classroom.
