Explorers

Alyssa Azar is an explorer. She climbed Mount Everest at the age of 19, It was a huge challenge that took lots of preparation, strength and resilience. We talked about the equipment that she would have needed and even dressed Daisy up as an explorer. We all took part in a workout because to be an explorer you need to be very fit.
