Health and Wellbeing

We have learnt about vaccines - what they are and why they are given. To help us understand the term ‘Herd Immunity’, we used balloons to act as the virus attacking our bodies.

As part of our mental health initiative, the children took part in a ‘Yogi’ yoga session in school.

We discussed the symptoms and First Aid treatment that we would give to someone who was suffering from asthma or an allergic reaction. We did role play to show our response in different situations.
