The Quit Squad, who work for the NHS, visited us today to explain the dangers of smoking. We found out than breathing in second hand smoke could harm people and pets.

Freddie Fit has been back in school today. We learnt the importance of keeping healthy by doing exercise and eating a balanced diet.

Today we visited the Life Education Bus. We learnt about our body parts and discussed our feelings. It was lovely seeing Harold the Giraffe again.😀

Sylvia and Dave visited us to tell us all about the Guide Dogs.

We talked about our feelings. Sometimes we feel worried. We made worry pets to help us when we are worried.
