John the Baptist Class Assembly - we learned all about the life of John the Baptist. learning about his teachings enabled us to reflect on the things that are most important -our family an friends around us and God in our hearts.

We spent some time in our Remembrance Garden where we had a quiet opportunity to reflect on the people who have fought and died in the war. We wrote and said our personal prayers as we scattered poppy seeds in our garden of Remembrance.

We have been learning all about the story of Corrie Ten Boom. What a remarkable woman who lived her life with her Faith as her guide. Even in the most difficult circumstances, her ability to be completely selfless and forgive others prevailed. The Power of God gives us strength and courage.
