Class 7 have enjoyed another PE session this week when 6 young leaders from High School came in to lead the children on a carousel of exciting activities.

Chorley Sport Partnership work with pupils from High Schools to build up confidence and self-esteem. These young leaders gave Class 7 a super session including hockey skills, ball games, foxes and hounds, dribbling and slalom skills.

Class 7 have built up their orienteering skills by find clues and symbols placed around school. Our map reading skills continue to improve as we need this skill to be able to place the correct numbers or aliens on a map.

We have been on the playground and today used the field to search and map read.

Class 7 have been orienteering with coaches from Chorley Sport Partnership. Following our warm up we used our bodies to make shapes and then worked in teams to build letters and words.
