This afternoon, we created an tile based on the bright colours of Africa. We used special printing paint and rollers. We all really enjoyed this activity. 🎨
This afternoon we read the Bible story “Jacob’s Dream”. We then used crayons to interpret his dream in our way.
This afternoon we are taking part in "The Big Draw". We are drawing still life pictures of flowers. We have learned that we can only draw what we can see, we have learned to "tickle" the paper and to use smudging to make our pictures look more 3D.
This afternoon we used our 2b pencils to draw some seasonal vegetables. We then learnt how to use how to paint using water colours!
This afternoon we were very lucky to have Mrs Kirk come and teach us some drawing skills. We created some “still life” drawings of vegetables. We learned how to draw curved lines, how to make a drawing look 3D and the difference between a 2B and 6B pencil.
