Health and Well-Being

Water Safety - we blindfolded children and asked a trusted friend to guide them around our familiar classroom. It was very tricky! This is just what it is like when going in outdoor water s. There are many obstacles that we can’t see.We talked about these dangers.

We have been thinking about online bullying. We hot seated 4 characters from the 1decision video that we watched.

A spot of yoga to help our mental health and well being. 🧘‍♀️

We have talked about how our bodies change as we grow up. During puberty, we grow body hair, get spots and greasy hair, our voices change, we start to sweat more and our feelings and emotions change too. We looked at ways to keep ourselves clean.
