RE/Worship

Beech class did a great job of leading the school in worship on the theme of forgiveness.  We heard a version of the Prodigal Son, had a special edition of Mastermind with the specialist subject of forgiving and learned about the life of Corrie ten Boom and how she managed to show forgiveness in her life.

Beech class made a special wreath for our Remembrance Worship and also recited the poem In Flanders Field as part of the service.

Imran came in to teach us all about the Muslim pilgrimage during the Hajj

Beech class had a great morning finding out more about pilgrimages from our visitor Ms. Banks.  She told us all about her pilgrimage to Israel last year and shared with us her photos from her journey.  We had the opportunity to ask her questions we wanted to know more about, including 'Did you feel the pilgrimage changed you as a person?'
