Class Led Worship

Beech class led whole school worship on the theme of 'Love one Another'.  We showed through the Bible story of Zacchaeus that Jesus wanted to send the message to his followers that you have to show love to everyone, even those who you may think do not deserve it.   Jesus said to his disciples:

“A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.  By this everyone will know that you are my disciples."

We also showed the meaning of love in a modern day setting with our own version of Blind Date!

Elm Class performed their Class Worship which showed everyone how special Jesus was. They used their storytelling actions to retell stories from the Bible.

Cedar Class led the whole school in worship around the theme of ‘peace’ and ensuring we spend enough quality time with those that we love. The children used ‘Catchphrase’ as a means to pass the message of ‘time waits for no one’ and then reiterated this message with a story and a poem based around Martha and Mary and their visit with Jesus and his disciples.
