Art
In art, the children have designed and made their own mosaics using ceramic tiles. They have experienced using grout and a range of tools to create their tiles. They all had a lot of fun!
In our art lesson this afternoon, we have been using a range of different media to create detailed drawings of famous Roman buildings. We have been using pencils, graphite sticks, chalk and charcoal to enable us to sketch. We have been concentrating on line, shape, position, shade, tone, highlight, shadow, light and gradient.
