DEMOCRACY IN ACTION

Our class have written manifestos to win votes to be our class School Councillors. Well done to Sam and Evie who were voted in but a brilliant argument from all who applied for the post.

HEALTHY MINDS AND 'HELLO YELLOW' ON WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY 10TH OCTOBER

In Hawthorn we brought positivity and fun into our artwork. We tried to bring a smile to everyone with our Leaf Art. We even gave ourselves an Autumn wacky hairdo with leaves around our photographs. Great fun using our collected Autumn leaves. 

WASHING OUR HANDS

During the pandemic it is so important to wash our hands to stop the spread of the virus. We proved to ourselves how thorough washing is important.

Preston North End came to talk to us about GULP - give up loving pop. We learnt that many drinks contain more sore sugar than we realise.
