Health and Wellbeing

We celebrated #Hello Yellow Day by wearing yellow and taking part in mindfulness activities. It is important that we look after our mental health by relaxing and doing things we enjoy.

All children have taken part in another Yogi yoga session to help our mental health and well-being. We were able to do the tree pose, the butterfly pose and many more. We came away feeling very relaxed.

We have learnt the names of the main external body parts.

We have learnt the importance of keeping our privates private. After listening to the story of Pantasaurus and singing the very catchy song, we designed our own pants to remind us of the PANTS rule.
