Health and Wellbeing

We have been learning about the importance of a balanced diet. We sorted food into food groups and talked about how they benefit our bodies.

We should eat sugar in moderation. We guessed the number of sugar cubes in the food and drink items and some of them were very surprising, especially coco cola and milkshakes
