Roald Dahl Day
Today we celebrated Roald Dahl’s birthday! He would have been 105 today! Wetalked about one of his stories - George's Marvellous Medicine. In the book, George created many different potions so we created our own.
For our first experiment, we put a gummy bears in a test tube of water. In one test tube we added warm water and in the other cold and we observed what happened to the bear. The next experiment, we placed skittles in a bowl with water and watched what happened. In our final experiment, we created our own volcano using vinegar, food colouring and bicarbonate of soda!
