We are all special in class 1 💕

I am special!

We have been learning about the importance of harvest and how food is gathered around the world. We contributed to the harvest celebration in school by donating different types of foods. We even tasted fruit and vegeables which are harvested during this time 😊🍎🥕🌽🍐

We have been learning all about the importance of Remembrance Day. We have made our own poppies to take to assembly for the minutes silence to remember all the soldiers who fought in the war 💕💕💕

We have been learning about the importance of being compassionate to others by helping and being kind 😊😊😊

22.11.17- We have been learning about being good neighbours to others and how Jesus was kind and helped others 😊

27.11.17- we have been learning about the importance of Advent and why it is celebrated. A calendar arrived in class 1 on the 1st December to count down to the birth of Baby Jesus and to celebrate his birthday on Christmas Day. Over the next couple of weeks we will be carrying out celebrations linked to Advent. Each child chosen to open the calendar will have a challenge to show compassion to others. We are all very excited to celebrate this special time. Let the count down begin! 👶🏻🎄
