We discussed the importance of a healthy balanced diet and how we should limit the amount of sugar, salt and saturated fat that we eat. Our graffiti walls promote a balanced diet.

As we get older, we grow and change. From about 8 years, we start to go through puberty and our body changes. We thought about ways to keep our body clean and fresh.

These are some of the toiletries that we can use to help keep us clean.

We hot seated 7 children, each with their own worry / scenario. We acted as agony aunts and offered advise on personal hygiene, puberty and feelings.
