Worship

The children were amazing during our class worship. They really worked hard to reflect the message of taking time out of our busy lives to spend quality time with those we love.

We spent a period of time outside to reflect on the atrocities of war and the sacrifices made. We then scattered poppy seeds around the cross.

We discussed the significance of poppies for Remembrance Day. We included purple poppies on our wreath to remember the animals sacrificed during war too.

To raise money for the Bishop’s Fund this year, Cedar class harvested the apples from our fruit trees at school, and made chocolate apples to sell.

We wrote prayers for our prayer tree and Worship book.
