Hot and Cold
We have learnt the names of the 4 main compass points. North, East, South and West. We thought about rhymes that we can use to help us remember the correct order.
Never Eat Shredded Wheat Naughty Elephants Squirt Water Never Eat Silly Worms
We then went outside to recap the compass point positions.
We have been learning about where we live. We discussed towns, villages, cities, counties, countries and hemispheres and sorted the words from smallest to largest.
