CSSP Competitions

FINALLY WE ARE BACK COMPETING!!! 

September 2021 - Football

September 2021 saw the long awaited return of competitions, starting with Year 6 Football. We were entered into a tournament along with 5 other teams. Wonderfully, we managed to win 4 games and scored some absolute crackers!!! 

 

WELL DONE GUYS! we are SO proud of you! 

St Peter’s Choir entered a singing competition.

We spent 4 weeks learning ‘Fix You’ by Coldplay. We also learned the sign language. 

 

They all all sang beautifully and we managed to place second.

Year 5/6 Basketball Competition 2019/2020

 

St Peter's were placed in a group with 5 other schools. We managed to come 3rd in our group. Everyone played their best, we were so proud of them all!

Year 5/6 Indoor Cricket 2019/2020

 

For the first time, because of the amazing amount of interest, St Peter's were able to enter a B team for this competition. Every child performed amazingly and were all well behaved throughout the competition. We didn't manage to qualify for the finals, but we managed to win 3 games!

Year 3/4 and Year 5/6 Indoor Athletics Competition 2019/2020

 

All of the children performed amazingly against some really tough schools. Unfortunately we didn't manage to do enough to qualify for the finals! Hopefully next year we can!!

KS1 Boccia Festival

 

All of the children had a wonderful morning learning all about Boccia and how to play it.

KS2 Curling Festival 2019/2020

 

Everyone who represented our school behaved impeccably and showed amazing Christian Values throughout the festival. 

5/6 Hockey Team 2019/2020.

Played extremely well, considering they have to play with their mouth guards for the first time. They showed great sportsmanship and managed to make the semi-finals!!
