We used the big question ‘What does prayer mean to you?’ as the focus for each class visiting Elder today. We thought about prayer, analysed the origins and meaning of the Lord’s Prayer and finally wrote our own prayers and decorated prayer stones.

Why do people pray? The children made prayer biscuits, each sweet represented a different part of their prayer. Each child painted a prayer stone to be used during reflection and prayer.
