Birch class had lots of fun celebrating World Book Day! We started the day with a Gruffalo hunt in the woods, we held our Spelling Bee final, we watched the masked reader and tried to guess the grown ups reading in school and then we went to the library to read some books! 📚🌍
Beech class have had a fantastic day celebrating World Book Day 2024. Throughout the week we have taken part in different activities linked to reading. We visited the forest to read our class novel and enjoyed some hot chocolate. We have taken part in the Masked Reader and a book emoji quiz and created our own art paper plates based on a book/character we love. We also took part in a virtual author event with local author Jen Carney.
